Eggsperiment with Easter Dye
Here is what I did with my left over Easter egg dye. It dye seemed to saturate the yarn fairly well!
They are done!
With Easter weekend, two RAoKs, one HSKS kit, and one thank you kit sent out, I finally had time to finish my pj bottoms. Here they are! Super long, with an extra fold of fabric in the hem in case they shrink! I cannot wait to go to sleep tonight!!!
Here is a pic of the Best Fabric Ever!! Yep, this is the pj fabric. I did not have a lot of time this weekend, but I did manage to have time to adjust the pattern and get it cut. Tomorrow will be crotch day, yes the day I will sew the crotch (get your minds out of the gutter) and hopefully the side seams and legs also! I also have leftovers so I should be able to make a few bags and maybe a pillow or a little skirt for Lizzie! Seriously, have you ever seen such wonderful fabric (I think they used my Lizzie as a model, what do you think?)

Great Pattern for sewing Sock Bags!
I found a great tutorial on sewing sock bags! It is super simple and the bags turn out great! I have been playing with different sizes and changes to where the drawstings come out. I am planning on making these bags to hold the Harry Potter goodies for when the next movie comes out. I found some great material, I will try to post a pic of it when I finish one. Here is the basic shape of the bag, the picture is taking from the tutorial:
On a different note, I am a little scared to go to work today being it is the April Fools Day. Hopefully, it will be a quiet day at Azkaban! Wish me luck!
EDIT: I totally spaced puttng the link to the tutorial, so here it is:
